Klein Oak High School football coach Jason Glenn gave a powerful message to his players when they gathered recently on the field in Spring, Texas.  An All-American player at Texas A&M and later a player and coach in the NFL, Glenn decided to return to the high school level to make a difference in the lives of young people; he's where he is now for a purpose and to "raise great young men."

Our staff at The School Spirit Station was so impressed with the message that Coach Glenn had that we have decided to create an award in his name for other inspirational coaches in the US.

The Jason Glenn

COACHING to make a DIFFERENCE

award will be made twice each year (Dec. & June) and is available to any high school coach that is nominated and meets our eligibility requirements and criteria.

Coach Jason Glenn, with his wife and children, was named Head Football Coach at Klein Oak High School in 2017. He also serves as the school's AD.

The School Spirit Station believes that there are many other high school coaches deserving of "having their voices heard." Wins and losses tell only a very small part of how successful a coach can be. Do you know a coach that is a tremendous role model, teaches their student-athletes life lessons along with their sport, and makes it their personal mission to develop young people that will grow to be positive members of their community? Nominate them for our Coaching to Make a Difference award!

Nominations for the December award must be received by November 15th and by May 15th for the June award.  This award is open to any high school coach in the USA, regardless of sport.  Once we receive a nomination form we will contact the coach's Athletic Director to have them complete a qualification form where they will answer questions regarding our award criteria and outline our selection process.

Because we believe that more people should "hear the voice" of our selected coach, the award will be a

CUSTOM PRINTED PODIUM with casters and mic holder The award will be made at no cost to the coach or school involved. The CTMAD award logo will be included.
